Business tax advisory

Practical corporate tax guidance for companies operating in the Netherlands, from first filing to multi-entity structures.

Tax decisions you can stand behind

Dutch corporate tax rules can feel complex, especially when you work internationally. We give you straightforward advice so you understand your obligations, pay what you should and not a cent more, and make informed decisions at every step.

What this includes

CIT preparation and filing, business expenses and deductions, dividend withholding tax, BV and holding structures, cross-border treaty questions, and support when the Tax Authorities come knocking.

What to expect

A tax position you understand and can explain to investors or banks. No missed deductions, no surprises from the Tax Authorities, and a structure that fits your plans, also when you grow or sell.

Our process simplified

From first call to work in progress

1. We talk

It starts with a call. You tell us where your company stands and what’s on your mind. We listen and ask the right questions.

2. We scope

Then we get specific: what needs doing, who does it and what it costs. No vague promises.

3. We propose

It all lands in a proposal you can read in one sitting. Plain English, real numbers.

4. We shake hands

Contract signed, deal sealed. From this moment, it’s off your plate.

5. We get to work

We deliver the advice, file what needs filing and watch your deadlines. You’ll hear from us before you have to ask.

What clients say about us

Real feedback from the companies and teams we work with every day.

“We have been working with DutchTaxAdvice for almost 5 years. They have helped us register companies, manage taxes, handle employment contracts and essentially manage everything we needed to keep the company functioning so we could focus on our product instead of accounting or tax management. They are true experts and always happy to advice best options in concrete situations.”

Leven Vision B.V.

“DutchTaxAdvice has proven to be the partner we had been hoping to find, and their support began long before we were even incorporated. They walked us through incorporation, submitting amendments to the KVK, and helped our employees apply for the 30% ruling. They’re responsive, friendly, and quick to help translate Dutch tax requirements whenever needed.”

Rogue Agency B.V.
“I’ve been working with Dutchtaxadvice for years. My business has several sides, from one-on-one clients to group workshops and several events organised, so it can get complex fast. They make even the complicated parts easy, and I always know exactly what I need to do to stay compliant, pay my taxes on time, and know where I stand financially.”

FAQ

Common questions answered clearly

How much corporate income tax does a BV pay?

In 2026 the rate is 19% on profits up to €200,000 and 25.8% above that. How you structure your company affects what you actually pay.

Not always, but a holding BV can protect assets and make a future sale more tax efficient. We advise you to incorporate before, because changing it later costs more.

Send it to us. We review it, explain what it means and respond on your behalf where needed.

We work with a clear scope and a fixed or transparent fee, agreed before any work begins.
