Company incorporation
Your BV set up correctly from day one, with every registration that comes with it.
Start your company on solid ground
Starting a business in the Netherlands is more than a trip to the notary. The right structure, the KVK registration, VAT and payroll registrations, your own tax position as founder: get these right at the start and you’ll never have to untangle them later. We guide the whole journey.
What this includes
BV incorporation guidance, holding structure setup, KVK registration, VAT and payroll registrations, employer registration, and tax advice for you as director and shareholder.
What to expect
A structure that fits your plans instead of someone else’s template, every registration done in the right order, and a company that’s ready to operate from day one.
Our process
From idea to registered and running
1.We talk
It starts with a call. You tell us your plans, we tell you what structure fits them. Honest advice, before anything is set in stone.
2.We propose
You get a clear overview of steps, timeline and costs, in a proposal you can read in one sitting.
3. We shake hands
Contract signed, deal sealed. From this moment it’s off your plate.
4. We set you up
We coordinate the notary, handle the registrations and get your administration ready. You start your company; the paperwork is already done.
Could you be eligible for the 30% ruling?
Pay up to 30% of your salary tax-free. We check eligibility and handle the application, whether you’re the employee or the employer offering it.
Services that compliment
A good start deserves a good follow-up. Most founders combine incorporation with these.
Business tax advisory
The structure questions don’t stop after incorporation. Neither do we.
Accounting services
Your VAT returns and annual accounts, handled from month one.

What clients say about us
“We have been working with DutchTaxAdvice for almost 5 years. They have helped us register companies, manage taxes, handle employment contracts and essentially manage everything we needed to keep the company functioning so we could focus on our product instead of accounting or tax management. They are true experts and always happy to advice best options in concrete situations.”
“DutchTaxAdvice has proven to be the partner we had been hoping to find, and their support began long before we were even incorporated. They walked us through incorporation, submitting amendments to the KVK, and helped our employees apply for the 30% ruling. They’re responsive, friendly, and quick to help translate Dutch tax requirements whenever needed.”

FAQ
Common questions answered clearly
How long does it take to set up a BV?
Usually a matter of weeks, depending on the notary and how quickly documents come together. We’ll give you a realistic timeline up front.
Do I need starting capital for a BV?
No. The minimum share capital is one cent, so capital is no barrier. What matters is the structure around it.
Can I set up a Dutch BV if I live abroad?
Yes, foreign founders can own and direct a BV. There are tax and practical points to get right, and that’s exactly where we come in.
Should I set up a holding structure right away?
Often yes: two BVs at incorporation is cheaper than restructuring later, and it protects what you build. We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth it in your case.
