Global mobility services
Hire international talent with the tax, payroll and paperwork done right.
Bring in talent from anywhere
The best person for the job doesn’t always live in the Netherlands. Hiring internationally brings immigration rules, salary norms and tax questions, and each one has to be right. We guide you from the first hire to a fully settled employee, together with specialist immigration partners where needed.
What this includes
Hiring Highly Skilled Migrants and EU Blue Card holders, salary norm compliance, coordination of immigration steps, payroll setup for international staff, cross-border tax advice, and tax briefings for your new hires.
What to expect
A hire that’s compliant from day one, with permits, payroll and tax arranged in the right order. An employee who lands well, understands their Dutch tax situation and starts informed. And no surprises for HR or finance anywhere along the way.

Our process
From hiring plan to settled employee
1. We talk
You tell us who you’re hiring and from where. We map out what that means for permits, payroll and tax.
2. We propose
A clear plan with steps, timeline and costs, in a proposal you can read in one sitting.
3. We shake hands
Contract signed, deal sealed. From this moment it’s off your plate.
4. We bring them in
Immigration coordinated, payroll ready, 30% ruling applied for where possible, and your new colleague briefed on their Dutch taxes.
Could you be eligible for the 30% ruling?
Pay up to 30% of your salary tax-free. We check eligibility and handle the application, whether you’re the employee or the employer offering it.
Services that compliment

What clients say about us
“We have been working with DutchTaxAdvice for almost 5 years. They have helped us register companies, manage taxes, handle employment contracts and essentially manage everything we needed to keep the company functioning so we could focus on our product instead of accounting or tax management. They are true experts and always happy to advice best options in concrete situations.”
“DutchTaxAdvice has proven to be the partner we had been hoping to find, and their support began long before we were even incorporated. They walked us through incorporation, submitting amendments to the KVK, and helped our employees apply for the 30% ruling. They’re responsive, friendly, and quick to help translate Dutch tax requirements whenever needed.”

FAQ
Common questions answered clearly
Can my company hire employees from outside the EU?
Yes, most commonly through the Highly Skilled Migrant scheme, which requires your company to be a recognised sponsor. We guide you through it with our immigration partners.
What salary do I need to offer a Highly Skilled Migrant?
The thresholds change every year and depend on age and situation. We check your offer against the current norms before you sign anything.
Does a Highly Skilled Migrant automatically get the 30% ruling?
No, they’re separate arrangements. The permit is immigration; the ruling is tax. Many HSM hires do qualify, and we check and apply.
What does my new employee need from me as employer?
A correct contract, a compliant payroll and, ideally, help understanding their Dutch tax position. We provide tax briefings so they start informed.
