Work that's interesting in an A team
We’re a growing tax advisory and administration firm in the centre of Haarlem, working for international companies, entrepreneurs and expats. That means genuinely varied work: cross-border questions, the 30% ruling, structures and strategies.
A firm built on care, inside and out
The way we treat clients is the way we treat each other: with attention, honesty and room to grow. We’re an informal, close-knit team with short lines, where quality matters more than hierarchy and initiative is always welcome. We’re growing steadily, and we’re choosy about who joins, because the way we work together is the product.

Our Values
1. International work, local warmth
Clients from all over the world, colleagues who have lunch together in the Haarlem centre. Complex cases, informal atmosphere.
2.A balance that's real
Overtime is not our standard, and we mean that. Add a pension without employee contribution and an attractive year-end bonus.
3. Room to become better
Training and study support, space to specialise, and responsibility that grows as fast as you do. Plus yearly team trips to Brussels, Düsseldorf or Paris.
Who thrives here
Precision and quality aren’t negotiable for you, whether it’s an advice memo or an annual account.
You spot what the client didn’t ask but needs to know, and you say it.
Dutch and English, and above all: clearly. Explaining complex things simply is the job.

FAQ
Common questions answered clearly
Do I need to speak Dutch?
For most roles, yes. Our clients are international, but Dutch tax work happens in Dutch and English, so we ask for strong communication skills in both.
What does the application process look like?
Send your CV and motivation to jobs@dutchtaxadvice.nl. You’ll hear from us quickly, and the process stays human: real conversations at our office in Haarlem, no endless rounds.
Do I need to be fully qualified already?
Not always. For some roles a nearly finished degree in tax, finance or administration is enough, and we invest in your further development from day one.
There's no vacancy that matches my profile. Should I still apply?
Yes. We’re growing and good people don’t arrive on schedule. Send an open application and tell us what you’re good at; we read every one.
